I’m a big dreamer, always have been and always will be! A few years ago, along with my husband, I started dreaming about creating a place where I could combine my love of yoga, meditation and relaxation, with Reiki and well-being.
We wanted somewhere where I could hold creative mindful workshops; to unleash my love of crafting and creating soft furnishings, and to share my world of Pins & Ribbons with others. We also wanted a place that our growing teenage daughters could entertain their friends and have a space of their own.
So, in 2016 work started on creating ‘The Yoga House,’ near Yarm. A fantastic two-storey studio, it is designed and based on an old Victorian coach house. The design is the inspiration of, my husband, David, and was built by my talented brother, Gareth, and his construction team.
As the build commenced, we felt it was only right to scatter some of Mum’s crystals into the foundations. Although she is sadly no longer with us, her fantastic energy and spirit lives on in ‘The Yoga House.’
Both David and I have poured our hearts, creative energy and love into this project. This really is a special place for anyone to come and learn the wonderful benefits of Dru Yoga, relaxation and Reiki.

Bohemia Cafe Redcar - ideally situated a stone’s throw from the beautiful sands of Redcar, on the North East of England coastline, is a little slice of heaven by the beach. Bohemia is a vegetarian café and holistic treatment studio, offering a range of classes as well as a bohemian, artisan shop.
